Melvin Zacharias is a Merchant Navy officer currently serving as Captain in Anglo Eastern Ship Management. After his schooling in 2002, he joined T S Rahaman, Mumbai for Nautical Science Pre-Sea course. Thereafter he started his sailing career with Univan Ship Management Ltd.
In 2014 he did his Masters (Captain) Certificate of Competency course from AMET University, Chennai and procured COC through DG Shipping Govt of India.
In 2018 he commenced serving as Captain in Merchant Navy. Now for almost 18 years his life is filled with exhilarating experiences on the sea.
