As a result oriented Counselling Psychologist and a Certified Career Analyst from EdumileStones, Salila seeks to guide her clients to a career most suitable to them using proper career planning methodologies. Having worked with multiple institutions and NGOs, she has a track record of setting every client for success. Her strong principles of equal opportunities for all, mentoring for excellence and using data to base career decisions help her to guide students and professionals alike to choose their right career path or education stream.
Salila knows that there is no single approach that works for everyone and believes in a strong collaborative effort in career planning. This understanding drives her to constantly seek the best tools and resources that could be employed in her quest to aid her clients.
In addition to a Master’s in Psychology (Clinical Psychology), Masters in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Managing Learning Disabilities she is also a Certified Career Analyst.
